Kammi and I are excited we got to be a part of a historic wedding in Colorado. We photographed the first wedding at the newly renovated beautiful Highlands Ranch Mansion. This venue just recently under went major renovation and it is simply breathtaking. We could have photographed here all day and all night. It’s a photographers dream to have a venue like this in Colorado. Highlands Ranch mansion is a perfect place to have a wedding. We were pretty excited about working with our couple too – Danielle & Adam are the sweetest couple you will ever meet. We had never heard of their venue until they met with us and showed us the renderings of what it was going to look like when the renovation would be complete. I kept up with all the Mansion’s updates of construction on Facebook. They have beautifully restored it inside and out. There are so many details which makes using this location for an event or wedding perfec . They have tours of Highlands Ranch Mansion a few days a week so make sure you put this on your list to see wether you are having a wedding or not. It is just amazing.

A great moment that I just love… Danielle got a call from her grandmother right before she was about to get dressed. It made Danielle’s day to hear her voice.
I love the series of the next three photos. While Danielle was getting dressed, her groom surprised her playing the guitar and singing her a song from outside the bridal suite. He sang the song from the Adam Sandler & Drew Barrymore movie The Wedding Singer “I want to grow old with you”. He sounded incredible.
This was an impromptu moment after they newlyweds recessed down the isle.
Adam and Danielle took advantage of the venue’s large front lawn and included yard games
for all their guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and throughout the night.
