Colorado in the fall is usually a spectacular time of year. While the fall colors are still beautiful this year, because of the drought and hot weather, the leaves are quickly falling off the trees without their usual color explosion. I had never met Tim or Katelyn, I had only spoken to them over the phone. When she set up her engagement session far in advance, our goal was fall colors and beautiful mountain views. Katelyn and Tim have recently moved here from Nashville. YAY SOUTH!! They wanted to showcase their beautiful new home state in the engagement session. I had a blast during their session and they kept cracking me up the whole time. In the end we got some fall colors, found a great waterfall, and we went above tree line for the mountain shots..mission accomplished.
